You can return any watch for any reason as long as it is complete and unused within 14 days of purchase. You can cancel your order by notifying us within 7 days of purchase. If you need to make a return, please email us await a reply then send your watch along with your receipt and completed return form to Winshport LTD. Refunds can take up to 14 days from when watch is received depending on which payment method you used.

WeWood offers an exchange service if returned within 30 Days of purchase. If you need to make an exchange, please email us await a reply then send your watch along with your receipt & return form to Winshport LTD. For multiple exchanges postage is charged by WeWood.
If a refund is requested after an exchange has taken place, WeWood UK reserves the right to charge for postage costs incurred.
